I've put $60 into this app for two separate licenses (yeah, they require one for Mac one for PC) and now it's asking me to pay again. I do mind a lack of transparency, planned obsolescence, and the slow but certain gouging that's all too commonplace in tech.ĭecent design, mediocre management. Tell me what a phone is but a device? In a surprisingly fast email your org tells me the Android app was always free - until soon before the Dropbox issue, and that I can download the old version but it doesn't (anymore, conveniently) support Dropbox unless I dole out money for yet another license (despite the licenses covering "2" devices). Why am I paying this much? UPDATE: Sorry, but your response is false. Why am I wasting my time emailing the developers? I've had to email about other issues.
